Most jobs are completed within 2 hours on-site. Occasionally the computer will need to be taken away and returned the next day. The fixed fee applies in either case.
Also broadband setup, wireless and wired home computer networks. Setup, security and troubleshooting. Home visits in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. £35 fixed fee for typical installations. If extra work is required it is explained in plain English before starting. No solution – no fee.
